Cancellation Policy

We understand how busy life can be and how last-minute changes can affect your daily routine. We do ask that you be mindful that Eros Hair Lounge is a busy salon that works strictly with an appointment scheduled and we rely on our clients turning up for their appointments.

When you don’t attend your appointment or don’t give us enough notice that you can’t attend, that also means that we have turned away other clients because that time was allocated to you specifically for that service.

To ensure we can offer the best service to you and all the valued clients we have in place the following salon policies.


All new clients booking over the phone will be required to pay a 30% deposit upfront to secure their first appointment. This deposit will go towards your payment total on the day.


We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours. This includes no-shows.

If a deposit was not initially paid upfront for the canceled appointment, 30% of this booking will need to be paid before we can make any future appointments with you.
